I’m in northern France at the moment. Yesterday, we went for a walk along the Normandy coastline and every time we stopped and I glanced at my phone, I couldn’t work out why I was getting email after email bringing news of new Substack subscribers. For a while, I was convinced that I’d been hacked.
Fortunately, that turned out not to be the case and a couple of hours later I received an email from Substack to say I’d been featured. It also attached this lovely badge for me to wear proudly. If I could find a printer, perhaps I’d even wear a physical version. Too much?!
Anyway, I am DELIGHTED to have had an influx of subscribers and I wanted to post something to say welcome, as well as a big thank you to everyone who has been here for a little while and supports my writing and podcast.
I can only assume that someone has said a nice thing about this page which is why Substack decided to feature me. If that was you, a heartfelt thank you for your kind recommendation!
