This was hugely inspiring and so wonderful to hear Sarah’s journey since leaving school to creating These Are The Days, which always feels to me like such a beautifully integrated offering, aligned with a true expression of self. I am in awe of the brave decisions along the way which feel like they were led by the heart but with a dose of realism too. Thank you for this very insightful chat! xx

Such a kind comment. Thank you, Lyndsay! Yes, I think heart-led sums up the decision-making process, even if I felt as though I was flying by the seat of my pants at times 😅

Another great episode, and thank you for the discussion about options besides uni - an important topic that isn’t talked about enough in schools (and I know, I was a sixth form tutor and then a head of 6th form once). Looking forward to the next chapter in you’re podcasting journey, Hannah

Thanks so much for listening, Sarah! The non-uni pathway is a real issue in schools in the sense that it isn't talked about very much. I hope that begins to change but I'm certain that Sarah going back to talk to pupils will have been very inspiring for those students.

Looking forward to sharing the next part of the podcast journey soon!

Thank you, Sarah. The pressure of applying for university really sucked the creative energy out of me, and yet I regretted it for a time. People would often ask ‘where did you study?’ because I was a graphic designer and were surprised I didn’t have a degree so there was a kind of stigma there. But I’m now quite happy with my alternative path!
